To get the granny gear replaced. I would have done it myself but I don't have a crank tool, and it's cheaper if they do it. The guy said my chain was toast but probably could make it for another month. I didn't want to put $30 more into a bike that will hopefully be replaced next year.
So, my bike should be operational by Thursday.
