I'm getting my rear wheel replaced

I took my bike in to Bike Wave today to see what they could do. When I called earlier they said they possible could do while I waited, and I could watch and learn. Well the guy looked at it and said I needed a new wheel. The cheapest they had was $50 (plus labor... which is $6-8) so I said to go ahead with it.
